Reach NZ Ministries is honored to partner with you to impact New Zealand through the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. Since 2008 Reach NZ has been sharing the gospel and discipleing fellow Christians throughout New Zealand. We are continually amazed by God’s blessings and faithfulness, and grateful that each day God opens new doors for ministry.

Missionaries in NZ

We need missionaries in New Zealand now more than ever before. The percentage per head of population that are true born again believers here in NZ is about the same as most 3rd word countries now. Something like 2%.

The Missionary Question

Read | Romans 10:11-15

Since 2004 when I first heard God call my name, I give God the same message I’ve been repeating ever since: “Here I am Lord, I’m available, use me! I’ll go to foreign fields if you say so. I'll go where ever You send me”.

Paul asked a series of rhetorical questions in Romans 10 that can be summed up like this: How will the world hear about Jesus if you do nothing? God uses Christians to spread the word that His salvation plan is available to all. He put us in families and communities and nations so we will mingle and share what we know. But some believers are called to carry the gospel farther than others. Those who stay behind are to offer prayer and resources for those who travel.

If you’re shaking your head and thinking, Mission work isn’t where my heart is, I have news for you: Every believer is called to missions as either a goer or a sender (sometimes both). That call comes in dramatic ways for some, but for most of us, it is simply a biblical principle to be followed (Matt. 28:19). What’s missing for those who don’t have a “heart” for such work is passion. Christians who share and go and send are often excited about God’s message for unbelievers—and it’s possible for you to become more enthusiastic too.

I challenge you to ask the Lord, “Am I open to going anywhere You send me?” Our roots in a community should be sunk only as deep as God wills. If you aren’t called to go, then choose to be a sender. Offer your prayers, your money, and anything else that will help to put others on the mission field.

Faith Ministry

Our training and outreach's are provided free to everyone... Freely you received, freely give. Matthew 10:1-15

1 Corinthians 9:13-15

•  ¹³Do you not know that those who perform sacred services eat the food of the temple, and those who attend regularly to the altar have their share from the altar? 
•  ¹⁴So also the Lord directed those who proclaim the gospel to get their living from the gospel. 
•  ¹⁵But I have used none of these things And I am not writing these things so that it will be done so in my case; for it would be better for me to die than have any man make my boast an empty one. 

For this reason Reach NZ does not expect any contribution from the host Church to pay for any outreach's or training we organize or support. All our costs are met through our faithful supporters. 

Therefore if you feel led by the Lord to make a donation to help fund this ministry we would gratefully accept any contribution.

God supplies all the needs of ministry, and part of that provision is met through each person that the Lord leads to partner together through regular prayer and financial support.

Because of your financial support and others like you, thousands of sinners will get to hear and be impacted by the Gospel message, and many will get saved and healed by Gods grace.

Also many believers will be encouraged to become witnesses for Christ and we pray will bear much fruit. All of which because of your generosity and support for this ministry, you will have a share in.

Our vision for Reach NZ is to have several full time evangelists providing training and outreach's throughout NZ.

What Reach NZ Provides

All REACH NZ outreach's are provided FREE.

FREE pre-outreach Evangelism Training courses or day Seminars for anyone willing to learn. We also provide practical training at the outreach's. Our goal is not to just proclaim the gospel and leave, but to equip those who are interested in seeking and saving the lost in their area, so they can provide follow-up and make disciples.

• REACH NZ can arrange all the details such as booking the trade sites at A&P Shows or other secular events.  
• REACH NZ can provide a team of experienced evangelists from all over the country to support an outreach event in your area.  
• Artwork for Flyers to give away to everyone our Reach Team has really made an impact on. This will have the contact details of the hosting Church.
• Tracts to give away with our website and contact details on them. 
• The Reach NZ website has a recommended Church Directory which anyone who has received a tract can look up to find a place to fellowship in their area. The hosting church can be listed here. 
• The Reach NZ website also has a Directory of Associate Evangelists who have proven themselves to be effective communicators of the gospel. 
• Our aim is to form a local Flipchart evangelism group with believers from your area and encourage them to get actively involved in local evangelism as well as national outreach's with Reach NZ.
• We are also keen to provide ongoing training and support.
• We are open to new ideas. Please talk to us.

Financial Support for Ministry Costs

There are a number of ways you can support this ministry financially. Please contact us for details about how you can help:

The following are just a few ideas for you to prayerfully consider...

• Trade show sites generally cost between $70.00 and $500.00 depending on the size of the event. 

• Petrol Vouchers: For most of our outreach's our dedicated Flipchart Team travel hundreds of kilometers to get there, normally at their own expense.
  Tracts: We give away several thousand dollars worth of tracts every year. Your help with funding these would be most appreciated. 

• Bibles or New Testaments: We regularly encounter people who are seriously impacted by the gospel message that we like to give them a FREE Bible or New Testament. This really encourages them and helps get them off to a good start. 

• The Reach NZ Land-line for national calling costs approximately $49.00 per month. This number 06 2140-760 reaches our National Coordinator's House-bus/Office where ever he is in NZ.

• Reach NZ mobile Internet Broadband connection to run our Website costs approximately $79.95 per month 

• Mobile phone costs approximately $49.00 per month.  

Sponsorship Support Suggestions

Reach NZ National Director: Evangelism Training & outreach's

• Kevin Piper is the Reach NZ National Director. This is a full time position and his income is provided by generous supporters such as yourself. Kevin lives in a purpose built house-bus/office, and travels around the North Island providing Training and outreach's to Churches and individual disciples. His main source of income is provided by our sponsors.

• God has called Kevin as a minister to the body of Christ and therefore is not connected to one particular denomination (although he is supported and encouraged by several), as the Lord directed him. His home Church is the Gisborne AOG. Guthrie and Jennifer Boyd are the pastors. Ph. 06 867 1888 – Mob. 022 103-2953

• Galatians 1:1. Paraphrased as follows...

  Kevin, an evangelist not sent from men nor through the agency of man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised Him from the dead...

• We are seeking sponsors to invest $5-10.00 per week but would gratefully receive whatever the Lord puts on your heart. This is hopefully an affordable amount that won’t be too sorely missed by you, even if things get a little tight down the tract. Our target is for 40 sponsors giving $10.00 per week. This would provide a sustainable income. Thank you for your prayerful consideration.
